
ABOUT

I am a PhD student in Political Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I specialize in International Relations and Security Studies. My research focuses on Chinese foreign and security policy.

I hold a BA from the University of Cambridge and an MA from Columbia University. I am the recipient of the MIT Walter A. Rosenblith Presidential Fellowship (2025), the Bobby R. Inman Award (2024), the Columbia University Institute for Global Politics Student Scholarship (2024), and the P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship (2023).

Prior to MIT, I served as a Staff Officer at NATO’s Allied Command Transformation. I have also held research positions with U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Cambridge Centre for Geopolitics.

My work has been published in outlets including War on the Rocks, Asian Affairs, and the China Brief, and I recently testified before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
